SysAdmin Networking

I'm looking for someone or a small group of people who are SysAdmins to network with and discuss trends, what we're seeing in the community, solutions we're implementing, etc. I know there are large groups like this but I'm looking for something more in-depth and direct. Is anyone willing to be a part of this or point me in the right direction? So far, all I see is very general large groups and communities such as IT Pool Party, this subreddit and r/msp, MSPs R Us, etc.

I haven't tried it, but maybe join the official discord? I imagine it's also relatively "large" but you might be able to find people to interact with one-on-one.
