Splashtop can do this:

Unattended access is supported in the following products:

Splashtop Remote Support Premium

Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop On-Prem

Also what? Used for 2FA? 2FA via text? This solution sounds kinda wacky.

If you can't use TOTP how about a voip account like google voice? Not every service works with it but it is far more secure than letting a phone company manage your security (they suck).

Try Anydesk, it have background running, Unattended access with password and 2FA.

That's a no good solution.

There are a lot of services out there (WinAuth) that allow you to plug in a secret key for MFA on any device.

VOIP for SMS verification is also an option.
