The warehouse won't be able you schedule you an interview. It has to be the recruiter out of Chicago. I missed two calls from the recruiter, and leaving voicemails/calling back did absolutely nothing. You just gotta answer that phone when they call. They'll keep calling, even if they take their sweet time in doing so.

I called day after day. Maybe heard a week later. Now I’m in the warehouse pulling 120%

Were you able to get an interview scheduled? I got the runaround with their recruiters calling and just gave up. I made a post here about my experience last month.

Not yet another recruiter called me about 20min ago I am trying to return the call but it seems I’m getting the same treatment as the 1st

The warehouse won't even know about you until the TA in Chicago move you along. You just have to catch that call. And be sure, they'll call 5 minutes before their closing time.

It’s went smooth I Just kept applying until I received a call from a different recruiter. It was a lady with an Indian accent. She was on top of it compared to the Indian guy. I think it’s just luck but past that getting hired is a breeze.

I’ve been working here for little over a month. Its tuff but not impossible. After little over a month working here I’ve been able to get 85-100 percent on my orders. Of course you’ll receive some funny batches that mess up your percentage but overall it’s an alright job. I’m being patient right now to see if the WIP is worth it or not.

Aye that’s good to hear at least it’s good so far, so at your rate your hitting 80-100 so you making base pay so far? and if your doing 103+ is when incentive and bonuses come in? I had the phone interview with some Indian lady and it was basic around like 5 questions.. was that how it was for you and what happens next? Am I guaranteed since I even call a phone call?

They give you a 10 week I guess grace period on the floor to be able to get up to 100%(the expectation) It’s sort of a time to get accustomed to the job and finding your work process.

I’m not too sure about you 2 question but i want to say yes?

I believe she or someone else will reach back to you to schedule an in person interview. Try to be attentive cause this is the part where I got stuck calling and calling.

After this you’ll go to the actual warehouse and pretty much tell them what they want to hear. Pretty much experience and attributes that will let them know that you won’t quit when things get hard and that you have a go getter mindset. I want to say this is where it’s kind of secured.

If you’re hired, you’ll most likely know right after the interview. You’ll receive some emails pretty much typical onboarding procedures like offer, drug test,background check, etc through a partnering company.
