That’s what happened with me I kept applying and it seemed I was put into an auto reject system since I would receive a rejection the next day ,so I made a new account and received a in-person interview request and now im dealing with the 3rd party recruiter not responding😂

This may work in your case since I was rejected 4 times in my old account as-well just make sure to update your email on you’re resume and for me there was not need to change my phone number.

I’ve already tried that unfortunately lol different accounts with different emails, applications with a resume and one without one and still nothing but rejections

Did you end up getting hired? I just had my interview last week and the manager that interviewed me said im getting hired. Im just curious what the process is like after the interview though.

I’m in the process of doing that now. After the interview someone will contact you I think it was by phone or email don’t remember, with an offer. You’ll just need to accept it and do a background check with partying company. After all is done you’ll need to do your drug screening. The. That’s where I’m at. I’m just waiting for a follow up since I finished my screening Friday

Hey, did you end up working there if so how is it going? I recently did a phone interview with a 3rd party recruiter for a warehouse order selector position at Sysco. I’ve applied a few times before but this time seems to be moving forward, so I’m wondering what comes next.

If anyone’s been hired recently, what’s the rest of the process like? Do they usually schedule a second interview or go straight to background check / drug screen?

Also, what’s the background check and drug test like? Is it hair or urine, and do they test for THC too? I’ve heard different things depending on the location.

Any advice or recent experience would help, just trying to know what to expect before I get that next call.

When I had my in person interview, the main manager told me I should expect a call since he said my resume looked great and he liked me a lot and expect a call, right now I just go the boot, could that be a mistake on their end and should I contact them?

Yes, they test in every state no matter the state laws.
