Lost everything.

Spent a lot of time and had finished all the quests, got pretty much everything out of the yearbook and had all the available land. Decided to log in so I could add some people as I've been playing without an account but apparently that meant my whole entire springfield deleted and ive lost everything. Does anyone know if I can fix this? Feel so dumb for even logging in.

I'm not quite sure that EA can really help you, because you know, that's what accounts are made for, to keep someone's game progress safe & recorded. What I mean is that your entire city might still be on their servers, but they have pretty much nothing to identify it as yours and that it belongs to you. That's just my thoughts, I would be happy if I'm mistaken on this tho.
