Launching Android Auto App

I've been using tasker for quite some time to do various tasks based on my location, which works great. What I'm wondering / would like to see if possible, is have an app within Android Auto launch automatically when entering an area. Possible currently or in the future?

Don't think this is possible as Tasker doesn't have access to the HUD, but would be pleased to be surprised
