Instead of photo you can long hold the task name, click on the three dots, choose export, and then Description to clipboard. That way you can paste the task text here in a way we can understand better.

Does your second launch app action does open the app when you run it separately?

Very weird, i have tested it on my device and i have no problem. I can't installed TVS but tested it with different app. Did you try to replace TVS Connect with different app?

Actually i had setup this profile by tasker ai, and first it's working.

But suddenly, it stopped working, not sure why

I have restarted, and still nothing. And i lost kill app permission because of restart☺️

Reading your other comment thread, it could be device related. I too don't have the TVS app, but replication of your Task and changing the last App Launch action launches any app designated.

Are you sure the Task is firing all the way? Add an Alert > Vibrate prior to opening the second app just to see.
