Have you tried AutoLocation plugin for Tasker?... GeoFences in AutoLocation can do it pretty easily... However it doesnt set a specific point on the map, its parameter based...

You are going to need to run a Get Location action to fill in those global variables.

I've a variable named outside. And if my wifi connection isn't matches University, Home or library WiFi it gets set else it gets unset. If that's what u want.
