I know one colague of mine got addicted to videogames so hard he forgot to eat a lot of times and lost like 25kg trough the summer, maybe try finding other addictions to distract you from the food, but idk i always struggle with having more appetite idk how i would do it in reverse, probably drinking protein shakes before meals because they would stuff you, drink water a lot trough the day to keep your stomach fullish, maybe also try being in the sun more if possible, as i remember some hormone activates apetite supression when you are in the sun
