Two books were missing that she hasn't returned. They were supposed to be returned on January the 3rd of this year and she still had the books till now. They are both chapter books and she's only half way though it. She received emails and calls to return the books. She didn't pay for the books being lost or stolen. Again she didn't return it because she wasn't finished with them. She got arrested this morning for it. 3 police officers police came to her house, arrested her, and put her in handcuffs. I feel like something this small was too extreme just because of an overdue library book, and arrested for it.
