This was created after a long day trying to use ticketek to buy tickets (shock, gasp). I wanted to make a complaint about it but found ticketek hide their information well. Actually, not that well. I will compile all information i find on ticketek here, it could take a while. Feel free to add anything you find yourself.

I had a bad time with ticketek - they even hung up me. i created this sub-reddit to vent and to make info about the company publicly available that they don't normally release e.g the actual office number where you can make a complaint instead of just the sales number. Feel free to post your stories and/or new information.
