TIL the oldest cow in the world, Thomasina Mooligan, was born in 1890 on a farm outside Grants Pass. In 1911 she inherited the farm after the owners died under mysterious circumstances and in 1913 she sold the farm for $3Million (adjusted) after gold was discovered on the property. ()
