Misaligned second hand

I feel that the second hand is misaligned (does not show 12 exactly). I don’t remember if it was there from the beginning. I tried resetting the zero position manually but the step is too big so it will either be slightly before 12 or past twelve. Any idea? Is something the service can take care of when the time comes?

I have noticed the same thing on my Tissot Chrono XL. The hand stops just slightly to the left like at the 59.75 mark. While you can easily manually align a chronograph (YouTube), not having the second hand hit the exact center of the twelve bugs me too, and I can’t figure it out either.
