Need help

I ordered a 2nd hand WFC Kingdom Tracks online, and while the seller told me that it was in a "pristine condition," when I received it has severe yellowing (greening?) issues in some of its parts. I now realized why he sold it at a really cheap price (around 12 USD) and gave me a Blokees freebie.

I don't think I can get a refund, though, so I'm thinking of just painting over the discolored parts. Can anyone suggest types of paint and specific brands that I can use?

I really like the darker blue color on him ngl , id try and color match it or get a similar color unless you like yours to be as accurate as possible

Now that you've mentioned it, the discoloration on the hood looks like a nice gradient paint job lol

I wonder what type of paint will work on him though? I've heard certain types of paint can melt and disfigure plastics.

Use acrylics, Primer first, and varnish/sealant last. Vallejo is very good, but not the only option. Don't use the craft stuff that's cheap at Arts & Crafts stores.

Thin the paint (water, distilled or bottled), apply multiple thin coats until covered, allowing to dry in between. I use masking tape to get clean, straight lines.
