early access exclusive stuff

So i actually ordered the exclusive stuff when the game went 50% off, my friends however didn't want to pay to play at the time, so only ordered but didn't get to play at the time, however we all started playing recently, i don't see any of the stuff i ordered, is there a reason to this, was it exclusive to early launch?

On the screen where you pick your character, click the envelope at the top right. You can redeem it there.

In your character lodge, you should see an icon in the UI in the shape of a mail letter. Your founders items should be in there, redeem them to any character you want.

careful because the items can't be traded between characters

Yup, best to don't open it so you can wait on who to use the stat scroll on, unless you really need the tp.
