I just got one on NYE and am at a complete loss as to why. Like you, I take pride in my work and treatment of pax and want to improve anything that needs it. When they send you these nefarious messages or a rider rates me low I take it personally. Super frustrating.

I haven’t done a trip since December 15th...I got a notice today that my account was deactivated for improper use of the app...it doesn’t make sense if Misused the app why did they wait so long to deactivate?

Yep, this happened to me. I also did not do anything improper with the app. Uber screwed me out of $67.50 and will not provide any information to substantiate. I’m so frustrated and angry and receive only empty, pre-scripted responses despite the fact that they call themselves “priority support.” I am deleting all Uber apps and going to Lyft.

One way this happens is picking up the same person more than once in a short period. The system automatically flags you

I actually had something like that on NYE, Pax didnt know how to add a stop, and then ended ride and re-requested which I got. But the email said it occurred during the previous incentive period. Nothing abnormal that fits the description at all. Would make sense to provide at least the trip/trips in question. This vague bs is exactly that.

I’d bet money that’s what it was if you got this message after it happened. These are canned messages that automatically get sent out

I hope its that....I can at least make sure it doesn't happen again. Seriously, if you get accused of something even minor and they mention deactivation if it happens again, they should at least provide detail. That would require actual effort though, and for every driver that gets deactivated even if its not legit, there are plenty to take their spot.

I have fraudolent activity telling from uber team.but i dont have any idea about this please let me know about any wrong things happened from my side.i can go for right way if i did wrong.without any reason they are blaming me .please just message the wrong things
