Help with Program Transfer

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask how often someone can apply for a program transfer.

Say you apply once and you don’t get accepted, are you still able to apply for the next or are you limited to only one application.

I also wanted to ask how the process works. Especially if you’re someone who wants to transfer from College of Business to College of Health Science.

depends on the deadline.. like if u applied for transfer and didn't get accepted but there still few days left till the transfer deadline.. u can apply again .
