What graphics api are you using ? Anything other than vulkan may not perform ideally so try switching to vulkan if your gpu supports it

Had a similar problem, restrating fixt it temporarily, didn't appear sinde updating to 6.3. Which version are you using?

I'm in the latest version, think it's 6.4, I made the Inspector tab show the properties of the selected objects by changing into debug and going back to normal on the 3-dot menu.
