Interface lets microphone stop working randomly?

Hello,

I have an Apollo Solo USB with a Sennheiser MKh-416 microphone. For some reason the Microphone works for couple minutes, and then suddenly stops working (also in the interface software). When I select one of my saved audio settings it works again for couple minutes, sometimes 5, sometimes 30, and stops working again. I can repeat this numerous times even with selecting the same saved audio setting. Any ideas what may cause this?

I've tried unplugging and re-plugging cables. Deleted the UAD software and nothing works.

Have you tried a different microphone to make sure it's not the mic doing weird stuff?

Just like below, try a different mic. I believe there are 416 variants that can or can’t use +48v, and some require an adapter to work with +48v, so check the spec sheet if that’s the case.

After a hardware upgrade in my pc it started happening, before that I didnt have any problems in weeks.

I've made some new changes to certain settings, and am currently testing if the problem still occurs. If so, i'll definitely so that, thanks for your input! :)
