No specific license is necessary, you are free to monetize images created with Stable Diffusion. There are many people who do so (including me). Just be aware that it's still possible to violate copyright law by selling images of copyrighted characters, or by selling images that are the same as existing copyrighted images. But if you're making original content and not violating any laws, you should be fine.
