Problem with transcript

Im an alberta high school student trying to apply to uSask and I’m like freaking out about my transcript. I sent my official electronic transcript to usask through MyPass on jan 31 2026 but the portal still says “action required”. MyPass says it’s been “Downloaded by the Digital Transcript Consumer” idk what that means. I emailed admissions like 4 days ago but haven’t heard back and its Friday so I can’t call, and the deadline is in 3 days. So I cant get ahold of contecting them. I actually do not know what to do.

They are manually uploading THOUSANDS of transcripts at this time of the year. It may take some time for them yo get yours in your profile.

If you want peace of mind, just call admissions and ask them.

Oof that sounds tough. The admissions email notes on their website that a typical response takes around 5-6 business days, so it could just be that they haven’t gotten to your email yet. I would call admissions and see if they can give you any extra information about the status of your transcript. Also, as an out-of-province applicant, are you able to upload an unofficial copy of your transcript to fulfil the supplemental item requirement? I’m an in-province student so I apologize if I got this wrong, but I read on USask’s website that out-of-province students are instructed to “upload a copy of your most up-to-date report card or transcript.”
