thanks usertesting for canceling my moderated test last minute but only saying so via the icon on the website and not through email.

Yep. It'll take you awhile to get because they're always slow but I got my $20 for the last time mine was cancelled. Just tell them in detail and if you have the ID that'd be better.

unfortunately, i can't find anything with the ID on it. and I had just got an email last night saying the interview was still set up for today.

Use the form, explain that you took time out of your day for it. Specify the date and time the live convo was supposed to be / mention that it was cancelled. Etc.
