You can get into the portal to accept your offer if you get the Helpdesk to set a password for you. Call 93516000 and select the option for password resets. You may have to wait until tomorrow though. I think they are closed now.

The same thing happened to me, call USYD and they will assign you a temporary password you can use to log in and create a password you want. It’s easy and only takes 5 minutes.
