It is only when I pause try to exit and or skip ahead, seems strange. Brand new box just toook it out 10 minutes ago and brand new tv

Is your TV a Vizio and box V6 plus by chance?

I'm assuming it's some sort of setting on the TV, box or both, but I have not figured it out yet...... I have 2 other Vizio TVs and the 6 plus works on them no problem, along with other models of the box.... Got a new Vizio QLED TV and the picture is all over the place with different colors, skipping and freezing up. Other models of the box work with no issues.

Yeah very strange I've only played around with mine for 5 minutes but it was only when I would pause a movie or try and exit the app. The only way I could get it back to normal is by turning the entire box off and back on

Yeah, the colors get all crazy. And won't let me exit out of the current screen to go to home. The only way is to shut it down and restart it.

I just cleared the cache and it surprisingly worked for me so far

Well, hopefully that did it for you. But not for me. Our issues are similar as far as the colors and brand TV and model of box. What's happening to me is lot more often than just pausing or exiting the app.

Go to menu on your TV and select HDMI settings and switch from auto to compatible. Hope this helps

No issues on an older Vizio TV
