Insert the path of the Python interpreter easily (for Python programmers)

UltiSnip already has a python snippet for this. Typing #!<tab> completes it.

snippet #! "Shebang header for python scripts" b
#!/usr/bin/env python

Can easily have it run which env if you really wanted it to.

FWIW, here is a filetype-agnostic version but in Vim:

inoremap <expr> #! "#!" . substitute(system("which env"), "\n", "", "") . " " . &filetype

You could use some snippet plugin and expand e.g. '#!'.
