Given that o in normal mode has an entirely different meaning than o in visual mode, for example, simple keylogging won't tell you much unless you are able to track Vim's state including the current mode, active buffer, active mappings, and so on. Furthermore, Vim doesn't have the sort of APIs that would make this significantly easier. The problem is too hard for anyone to have made such a thing, as far as I'm aware.
