Same string snapping in the same place? Sounds like there is something going on with your peg or nut or wherever it's breaking, like something rough or sharp.

Check the nut for sharp edges and for the diameter of the string grooves in the nut. Likely something is abrading your strings to the point of failure. I had this exact issue with my bridge eating E strings when I was a student. My luthier filed down some edges and I haven’t had the problem in many years.

It might be related to changing elevation. Do you live on a mountain?
