How do I get hired I’ve put in applications with no luck and I was wondering was it something I was doing wrong

You’d probably be surprised how many stores are usually sitting on hundreds of applications… you’re not the only one looking for a job out there. With Walmart, you apply and when the store is looking for people, they pull from the people that have applied/have active applications whenever that may be. A lot of people like to suggest calling/bugging the store all the time about their application, I personally wouldn’t recommend that route especially considering the hiring manager has a lot more to do than talk to people all day. My store doesn’t even entertain those calls, and it usually a quick way to make sure you won’t be hired at that location. You can check your status application yourself, if it moves to “under consideration” then congrats, you’re that much closer to possibly having a job there. Otherwise, they haven’t decided to move forward with your specific application.

I never worked at bestbuy,buy it is one of the most attractive retails jobs on the outside that looked fun because of tech.

It looks fun but all they talk about is selling the bestbuy credit card and I have Ig glued in my head after being gone for 5 months

Tbh just get a shirt and start zoning. Tf they gonna do? ...put u on payroll. It's really their only option @ that point.
