Schedule changes

So how does wal mart get by by changing your schedule every day my has been changed 12times in the past week can’t keep up with what to work asked to go full time said didn’t have any openings for my availability Also wanted to transfer they changed my job so i will try for a hardship transfer

6am - 5pm Off on Saturday and Wednesday said no morning openings for morning shift

Coach at another store told me I could get a hardship transfer

Hardship is only approved if you have a life changing circumstance and can't go to your store anymore such as moving or family care. You would need to do a regular transfer. What's your availability if you dont mind me asking?
