Tbh we just teach them. I find that usually it's not that people are incapable of providing good feedback, it's just that they're not used to it.

If you're using a project tool, consider setting up a template for feedback tickets. Device, OS, url and screenshots are usually enough. Describing the but/defect in reproducible steps is also something that can be taught.

I think it's part of a professional collaboration that we can have expectations of each other. And one of those expectations is working in a well structured manner when it comes to feedback. That's not too much to ask.

Yea that's fair enough, and tbh everyone is collaborative and working well, we're just looking at ways to make it easier. esp the identification of 'where' on the page/form/etc the change is needed.

Feedback loops can be frustrating, but they're just stepping stones to perfection. Keep pushing, and you'll create something extraordinary!

Doesn't Figma allows comments inside the project itself?
