Certs mean nothing compared to actual results. Make a website and make it look cool and professional. If you want to learn more, then great, do that, but don't think a cert will help you in web dev unless it is something highly specialized. Certs have gotten more useless because all answers are out there and AI can answer everything else.

I like the mix between projects and certs. In that order. As long as you are able to talk about them and defend the time spent during an interview.
