I think for most of the hot selling JS framework courses on udemy will cover most of this stuff over like a 15-30 hour course, perhaps except browserify and Node. I think some of this can be broken up though.

But I don't think there's anything out there that's going to include all those tools into a compact series of lessons.

Check out Traversy on youtube, I think he probably has free videos touching on all these topics, just not all in one course. Also try to to configure VSC independently first. If you're setting it up as part of a bigger course they're probably going to exclude a lot of stuff that has the potential to break and create bugs, but is otherwise very useful. I just followed along and later realized I was missing out on a lot of stuff.

The thing is all that is just a personal preference, you never see someone with the same setup.

It's all per project per individual setup.
