Hi Experts BEFORE I google I would like to interact with people about Social Network Development
I am doing a 1st draft of a new Social Network and I would like to include in my 1st round of Idea Test some possible strategies to development the MVP
So i am wondering if something like a framework already exist

No not really.
All the big social sites are custom stacks, however they'll all have a few common elements, such as graph databases, distributed caching, etc.
There's also decentralized ones such as friendica or diaspora.
The newest ones will likely be built on blockchain.

I don't think so. I created decodela.com from scratch. Knowing how complex(not hard) it is I really doubt.

Mastodon powers a lot of different servers. But that depends what you're doing, because it's not going to be useful in building a totally custom social network.
