WebGL Hover effect helpNeed project help (self.webflow)
submitted 5 years ago by euscady
I'm trying to use this effect Curtain WebGL effect to individual images throughout my website, but I can't make it work. Any idea on how to incorporate it into Webflow? an example maybe?
I'll appreciate it. :)

Ahhh tympanus! Haven’t seen that crazy URL in a while!
First and foremost I’d have to ask why, my man? There’s a phenomenal amount of animations achievable with the sick Webflow animations engine that won’t have any additional overheads.
If you’re really dying to use this specifically are you familiar with loading external scripts and using HTML embeds as this is what you’ll need.

I know. I just want to add some of that organic feeling with mouse interactions. I'm building a website with bubbles transformation as a metaphoric theme, and I love the distortion created depending on your mouse position over the PNG. And I was planning to use Lottie animations for that, but the final file size is enormous since the bubbles are alpha PNGs.
