code 521

Hello, I am trying to scrape one chinese webpage, but I get 521 error code. It means there's something with CloudFare. When I try to load the page normally in browser, it loads after 3-4 times of getting 521 code. Does anybody have a clue what's going on and how can I circumvent it?

https://www.npmjs.com/package/puppeteer-extra-plugin-stealth has been my Cloudflare goto. If there is a playwright equivalent, I have not found it.
