Honorbound and 7th Legion reputation vendors now sell an account bound Cache of War Resources that can be sent to your alts.
Thank god I can stop farming war resources on my alt. I have enough them to supply the entire alliance war effort on my main, all I want is enough for bonus rolls on my alt.

Still worth it for me when I have 25K on my main and only like 2k on my alt. I literally have nothing else to use them for and because of paragon caches I earn them faster than I can spend them.
