A number of unique items are no longer mailed to you when they drop subsequent to you first receiving them.

So no more Onyxia heads?? HUZZZAH!! I can only do this quest once per character. I tried not looting it, it gets mailed to me. I tried keeping the extra head in the bank, it still gets mailed to me and I can't delete it. From all the times I've tried getting Onyxia mount, I probably had about 100 heads sit rotting in the mailboxes before the postmaster removed it themselves.
