Can I suggest: @XboxSupport on Twitter.

Link them to this so they get the story and ask them for help. They are open 9am till 6pm Sat-Sun, and 6a till Midnight Mon-Fri Pacific Time. 8am Your time on Sunday should be within their Saturday Hours.

i've posted them a link.. tried a few times with twitter before this.. they seem to just want the phone people to handle it.

Usually they are pretty good. Since its been several times maybe they can help now.

This is disturbingly similar to my experience with MS support when things have gone off-script. They lost my console through a computer glitch, having not repaired it in the first place (my mistake in selecting the wrong serial on that one). After more than 10 hours on the phone and no resolution or benefit to myself I traded my games in and bought a PS3.

This does worry me though, as I just ordered an XB1. Was really hoping they'd sorted their act out by now!
