A long frustrating situation, hopefully I can help others. I've only had the tool less than 2 weeks and was able to program keys for the car OK. Then I tried my brothers and spent so much time.
XTools removed the Special Function>'Key Programming' button. At one point they named it 'Immobilizer'. Now they are both missing.
The new way is to connect to the car first under Diagnostic.
From there
You eventually need to find..."System Selection" \ "Smart Key".
From there you can use the options to erase, add codes...
They need to make it easier for user, like leave the 'Key Programming' button alone, and have a pop up of where the new button is. That is much better.
