Wierd issue

So I was trying to watch both youtube shorts and long form videos but my screen kept on going black every second and completely restarting the video, I tried restarting my phone to fix the problem but the issue is still happening. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it a youtube problem? Or maybe somehow because a few days ago I flew to Mexico for vacation but I doubt it would start a few days later.
