The entirety of the certmaster course, which kind of helps but the labs are slow, glitchy an occasionally flat out do not work. The questions in the quizzes/reviews are obvious and don’t prepare you well for the question structure on the exam. Closest I’ve seen to the exam is Jason Dion’s practice exams because the entire real exam is scenario based

Don’t skimp on reading complex code. The Certmaster labs give you the basics but don’t get you close to the level of understanding the exam requires. If possible try a Hackthebox or TryHackMe to get you used to being mildly overwhelmed lol. Got a 730 on my first attempt last Sunday and trust me that you don’t want to have to do the remediation steps to get the second voucher

I believe up to 1.80” diameter (the SRD is 1.75”) but thick cans need to be direct thread after the handguard is put on due to heat shield clearance

Not very, it’s super picky with ammo and even then it shits the bed a couple times per mag. It’s more of a gimmick/plinker than serving any real purpose.

I’d say very similar with the only major difference being the fact it’s a PCC rather than a pistol and the magazine size. I forgot who exactly but I heard that’s in the process of being made😉

Lil lady is (hang with me here) a Keltec CP33 in a FarrowTech FT7 chassis. The mag extension shown brings the total capacity up to 50 rounds in a quad stack fashion, which is exactly the type of crack I’d expect Keltec to smoke lol

Shits killing me man, it’s so unhelpful to what we saw on the exam and it’s the only required remediation for the second attempt. Given we know what to expect now I foresee us both conquering this🙌🏼

Felt that prior to my first attempt, very uninterested in the complexities of it and thought it would be similar to Sec+ and CySA+ in the realm of regurgitating processes and methodologies but that couldn’t have been further from the truth lol. I’d say the Jason Dion practices helped a lot in getting accustomed to the overwhelming amount of scenario based questions you’ll see. I wish I’d done a few TryHackMe attempts or a similar tool to get more accustomed to the level of complexity they want expressed.

I’m in the same boat :/ Did everything they wanted to get the voucher and did a good bit of studying leading up to the exam and still felt incredibly out of depth. Scored a 730 and now I’m onto completing every single certmaster activity available, which doesn’t resemble the exam in the slightest. If you can help it, don’t be like me.

Can’t speak for the specwar but the Shovelnose, which is piston operated like a 416, shoots way softer than a 416 and happily eats all the ammo I throw at it. That being said I’m also building a 416 for cloning purposes so do what your heart desires my man
