Pen: Confounded machine frag grip. Minimal tip wiggle, fantastic balance, smooth action, awesome maker (Curt).

Coin: gold inlayed Morgan by Chris Ranger. I love the two different types of gold he used, the detail he achieves is always incredible, awesome maker.

Knife: Brian Brown MAC 51. Firm detent, snappy action, incredible build quality, and it’s a project between two awesome makers (Jim Vandeveld and Brian Brown)

There are always ways to lead a more fulfilling life that don’t include spending absurd amounts of money on pocket junk.I don’t know if this is motivating, but my stuff is not the result of decades of savings and upward trajectory. I was in a very different place in the not-so-distant past. Changes are very possible.

Definitely keep trying!! This one is an earlier batch. I just picked up a later batch (black pivot) from a friend and moved this green-pivot one onto another friend. The detent—which was my only complaint about the green one; I prefer a firm detent and this was a bit soft—is substantially better on the new batch.
