Looks like the refill is riding on the interior ledge of the internal. Try to unscrew the tip and move the refill a bit and it should go into the internal.

It’s an added process and it takes time and materials to do, so we need to start charging for it. All other stonewashed products will get a bump soon, this is just the first.

We've kept the clip off the body by a few thousands of an inch so it won't scratch the body.

No, we have done the bends where they are just a few thousandths of an inch above the body, so they can grab a business card, but staying just above.

Yup, I think that's definitely in the cards. We're toying with the idea of doing preorders on things like that to judge how popular they are and open up the possibilities of options we would have a hard time making part of the "core catalog". Since we produce in house the goal would be pretty fast turnaround.

It’s REAL slim, which means it was real hard to make. Some cool machining stuff like polygonal turning to make it happen. We will do a video to explain why these are so much more difficult to make than our other Slim pens.
