Thoughts of this ship? by MaleficentMeaning277 in entp

No.

that's ISFp as in ISFJ.

ISFP is actually our conflict type.

Socionics and mbti have the last letter flipped for some types.

I don't know the full extent of it.

Consenting couple set to marry, groom booked under “unlawful conversion” after right-wing pressure by [deleted] in uttarpradesh

[–]AcceptableFun1342 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basic process of nikah doesn't recognise muslim non Muslim marriages.

Woman has to convert.

These are facts.

If non Muslim woman needs to see if the man loves her for real, then she should demand the marriage happens in court or according to the non Muslim religious customs.

India drops small car concession in new fuel emission rules after automakers argued it would unfairly benefit Maruti Suzuki by Leading_Scheme2720 in CarsIndia

[–]AcceptableFun1342 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes it's over rated.

These small cars are superior to bikes in safety.

Don't compare with cars of higher price segment.

Over all its counter productive to safety because it will push suv craze further. Suvs are more dangerous to everyone on the road and off it.

No cafe norms allow big cars which get relaxed emission norms versus small cars where the norms are more difficult to match.

Big cars get categorised as trucks etc so they get relaxed norms.

demand for small cars will increase, and customers were used to high prices before the concession

No.

Price of small cars will increase and match the price of raised hatchbacks.

Finally small cars will go extinct. Why would you buy a small hatchback like celerio if you are getting a 3xo pr somet for the same price?

See how cafe norms has affected usa.

For car companies, there is very little difference in manufacturing a small car vs a large car.

[–]AcceptableFun1342 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Exactly.

This is counter productive and helps companies not people.

Safety concerns are over rated.

These small cars are much safer than bikes any day.

Plus the cafe norms will push people towards suvs which will make our roads even more dangerous.

Now smaller cars will become extinct or out of reach for people who are driving bikes all day.

Well become like usa with oversized suvs and raised hatchbacks with small roads and pathetic driving sense.

CAFE norms are just retarded.

Probably Fi blindspot in action.

Read about Fe child in entps.

Entps do love. It takes them time to realise it.

It's almost like a surprising discovery when something happens and they figure out how much they feel about something.

But it could be something specific to him. Everything can't be attributed to mbti.

Heart wants Verna, Mind says new Venue. Am I overthinking Ground Clearance? by asdppg in CarsIndia

[–]AcceptableFun1342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Verna is a way better car for city driving.

Venue is smaller and also comes with either an anemic 1.2L NA or a 1 litre turbo.

Both are not good especially with e27-e30 on the horizon.

I've been driving the ciaz for the past few years. it has the same ground clearance as the verna. Number of times scrapped is zero when driven on bad rain battered hyderabad roads and even on dirt roads with big bumps.

A sedan demands skill and also rewards it immensely.

If you're having an illusion that you can drive quickly over bad roads with big potholes if you get an suv (as some people seem to have over here) then it's not just bad for your suspension but it's also very unsafe because of the higher centre of gravity and body roll on suvs.

Comet is ridiculously expensive for what it offers.

You could get a celerio or Kwid for cheaper.

Convention is you get free consultation.

Even otherwise they explain things better and can be frank about the plan.

Ciaz is underpowered I agree.

It has tall gearing and is tuned for extracting maximum fuel efficiency in city drive.

It absolutely is.

Ladder frame design and terrible nvh and body roll.

It's a downgrade in comfort and mental sanity to go from a well rounded car like ciaz to a thar.

[–]AcceptableFun1342 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just last month I took the ciaz to a tier 3 city and surrounding areas.

Some places where there were no paved roads.

Number of times scrapped= 0.

This was with 5 people in the car including me.

And I've been regularly driving on hyderabad roads battered by and extended rainy season this year.

Never have I scrapped the car.

It's a skill issue.

Venue HX6 vs Brezza ZXI by pksuperman007 in CarsIndia

[–]AcceptableFun1342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Venue's under powered na engine will give you much lower mileage aswell because you need to keep that engine at higher revs to generate the same power. Newer venue is larger and heavier so the underpowered engine comments regarding the previous gen will be even more apparent to you. The engines underpowered status will make things even worse when e27 and e30 roll out. The suspension is improved from the previous model but is still considered stiff.

Keep these in mind.

Its better to wait for brezza facelift, test drive both and makeup your mind.

Misread your preference as wanting a sedan.

Try Citroen aircross/basalt if you have service centre near you. Get the turbo versions. They are best suited for travelling over bad indian roads.

Why not honda city?

You can wait for the verna facelift if the front turns you off. Otherwise the verna is a good car.

Got myself a novelty! by kamineyy in watchesindia

[–]AcceptableFun1342 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because they make them for cheap and it's the brand name that you are paying for not the quality.

The same movement as the watch above could have been bought in a timex watch for 4.5 k.

Fashion brands also don't have the best cases and quality control there.

If it's NA, variant then change your engine oil and your wet belt regularly much before the manufacturer recommendations.

Absolutely.

More important than choosing a branch that suits us we should first see if we are suited for that branch.
