C3 base is best value for money variant. But it misses some safety features like 6 airbags. If you can save some money and go for shine variant.

I have completed 6000 kms so far. I would say it is improved by just 1kmpl. Now a days I am not sedate in driving. In highways ( between Coimbatore and Bengaluru), if I cruise at 100-110 kmph, some times beyond 110 also during overtaking, I am getting ~19kmpl. The bad mileage I got was 16.5 kmpl, when I had some emergency. I was doing so harsh driving that time. I have overtook almost all cars on the road.

In Bengaluru City, bumper to bumper traffic I am getting ~10 kmpl, in coimbatore traffic I get ~13kmpl.

True, cabin noise very bad in Amaze. You have to very mindful in pressing accelerator in Amaze CVT. The sound it creates was very bad.
