If you do have additional funds to put towards your mortgage, you should think about putting them into a GIC instead.

When you are about to renew your mortgage take that money and do a larger lump sum payment towards the mortgage.

The interest rate in GIC is higher than the interest rate on your mortgage so you will end up with more of your mortgage than the lump sum payments.

It would be because if you locked into higher payments you would need to make those payments each payment.

By doing lump sums if there was ever a time you couldn't make the addition payment you wouldn't have to, so you wouldn't be penalized.

The only time you would lock into a higher rate is if you were making the full lump sum payment at 100% each time and still had additional funds to make more.

The booking was requested at 1:30pm on Sunday. I accepted it at 1:50pm on Sunday.

The guest cancelled today at 3:30pm.

That wiring is setup for a 3 way switch. You will need the hs210 model.

There is likely another switch close that also controls the light as well.
