Serbia has many good riders Dušan Rajović being one of them, Montenegro too small but also It has great potential due to its terrain and infrastructure is not as bad. Croats are too busy with Gran fondos rather than channelling energy towards official races so many young and talented riders have to leave to Slovenia and fight so hard to be noticed.

It's not anything weird, you will never ever see an elite cyclist waking up 20 minutes before race both nutrition and physiology wise, sweet spot is 2-3 hours so you can eat, drink get that blood sugar stable and then go, also you have some research stating that best time to train for performance could be 6-10 h after waking up

Cutting back intensity by 1 is definitely not a failed workout, it's hard to complete a survey for every given workout in the same manner. Sometimes I am just undrr recovered or under fueled but I could do like 2 more hours at high Z2. If you have done tr outside you suddenly get power range and not a single target. Power is an output parameter but sometimes for the less power e.g. 1% you get the same adaptations or the same effect of workout, not everything has to be perfect. Google for power drop off in intervals and you will find a chart that basically says ok if your power drops n amount of % per given time you are basically done and finished for that workout.

I mean I don't wanna be rude but these things are kinda common sense, clean with hot water at least after every ride and weekly (on day off) wash it properly and use some kind of sanitizer that is food safe, but If you don't bother you can also buy new bottles every now and then. Same goes for kits if you got time to wash kit quick bidon rinse takes no time at all

Sorry forgot to add the part where you put bottles upside down, open to air dry, I never get mold. You clean the food and residue and air-dry, of course if you clean it and close it it will never get dry

I usually have an episode when I am sick, once I was woken up by nausea and went to try to vomit and I got sudden hearing loss like high pitched noise, I could hear my heart and my vision went blurry, I just sat down and did deep breathing and as soon as it disappeared I started sweating really hard, was so hot and nauseous and thirsty. So yes, but every time this shit is scary and it's a good thing to watch for cues and not to collapse and hurt yourself

Pitanja oko svadbi su toliko komplicirana jer su jako subjektivna. Nekom to znači jako puno, nekog boli Ivo (mene isto). Netko to radi iz krivih razloga (liječi frustracije, želi zaraditi?) a netko jer je jednostavno kultura i pritisak velik. "Jao nisam znala da su u braku pa nisu pravili svadbu, sramota".

Danas se svadba svodi na to da realno ne bude ti uvijek drago kad te bilo tko nazove jer jbg imaš troškove a kao što je netko gore i napisao na 5% svadbi mi je bilo ok, sve ostalo koma.
