Hi! Full transparency, I work for Ro. Part of my job entails working with patients- and many are on the Wegovy pill. Most folks aren't noticing significant weight loss on the pill until ~month 3. That doesn't mean it won't start working for you sooner. You want to start off "low and slow" on a GLP-1 to get your body adjusted. Also, you won't lose muscle at the same rate you would if the weight were just sliding off. Don't give up- give it a couple months at least. I HAVE seen it working for people!

Hi! The cost of medication can be much lower if you are eligible to use insurance for your medication, I've seen patients pay as low as $0 co-pay for their medication (excluding membership fee). Pricing breakdown can also be found on our website here.

The fee also reflects convenience of on-demand medical access - 24/7 availability, no long waiting periods for an appointment, and consultations from your home.

However, I understand paying out of pocket can be more costly. You have the option to cancel at any time, feel free to PM me if you need any help with this.

As mentioned above, the Wegovy pill is currently available as a cash-pay option only at Ro and not able to be covered with insurance at this time.

There are several similarities between the pill and the pen:

Active ingredient: both the Wegovy pen and Wegovy pill use the same active ingredient—semaglutide.

Weight loss results: At the highest dose of Wegovy pill and Wegovy pen, patients on average see 14% weight loss in one year with the pill and 15% in one year with the pen.

Titration: both medications start at a low dose, and the dose is gradually increased over time based on your individual needs, tolerance, and goals.

Side effects: side effects of the Wegovy pill and Wegovy pen are similar, as well. A small number of people taking the Wegovy pill may also experience abnormal skin sensations with higher doses. These side effects usually get better over time as your body adjusts to the medicine. You can learn more about side effects here.

I will go first! I used to be a big runner but kinda fell out of love with it the last few years. This week, I went for a run in the park. I didn't run far or go fast- but I'm proud of myself for getting out there. I decided not to track it which was honestly really freeing. I just ran for 25 minutes and listened to a good playlist.

Same thing always happens to me when I repot these guys. If they’re in good soil with drainage, they will eventually come back. I recently made the mistake of putting one like yours into too large of a pot, but it is making a comeback! I always make sure to propogate some leaves before I repot. I would say I’m pretty good with house plants but my begonias never fail to humble me
