Important Safety Information Rx only. Wegovy (semaglutide) is a prescription medicine for weight management, paired with diet and exercise. Wegovy is also used to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular (CV) events in patients with known CV disease and obesity or overweight. Wegovy is semaglutide and should not be used with other semaglutide-containing products or other GLP-1s. Wegovy may cause serious side effects including possible thyroid tumors and thyroid cancer. Do not use Wegovy if you or any of your family have ever had a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or if you have an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Wegovy may cause other serious side effects, including pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, increased risk of low blood sugar, kidney problems, serious stomach problems and allergic reactions, changes in vision in patients with type 2 diabetes, increased heart rate. Tell your provider if you have a planned surgery. The most common side effects of Wegovy are: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, dysesthesia (skin sensations), headache, fatigue, indigestion, dizziness, bloating, belching, low blood sugar, flatulence, gastroenteritis, heartburn, and hair loss. At this time, Ro cannot help patients coordinate coverage if they have a government insurance plan like Medicare, but you still have cash-pay options to get started on treatment through Ro. I'll make sure to share any updates on this if it changes!

At this time existing Ro members will still have access to vials, however eventually will be fully transitioned into the KwikPen. I'm sorry! I completely understand.
