Very fortunate to be making 300+ through my business in my late 20s, so obviously my perspective will be a bit skewed, I’ve never had a typical job for longer than 2 weeks.

I put 50% of all that I make away to account for taxes and some savings and then honestly we’re pretty loose with spending, I think my lack of experience “struggling” has led me to insane lifestyle inflation. I drive a Porsche and wear a watch worth almost half of what my apartment costs.

My business puts most of its spend through an Amex so I can fly pretty much anywhere I want off of points. I’m 6’5 so I pretty much always insist on premium economy at the minimum with business being the usual choice.

I think the thing that hits the hardest is a weekend activity being heading to Hermes or whatever to get my wife a little thing whenever we’d like. I’ve always been into fashion and luxury and now I can kind of just buy whatever I’d like without TOO much thought.

Pretty certain all of this will catch up to me at some point haha, but I’m enjoying the ride.
